Basic Training
Six Week Program*: August 28th - October 9th( No class 9/4 due to Labor day Weekend)

Boot Camp - Basic Training
Basic Training is a Boot Camp program designed for anyone new or returning to exercise!!!This program is led by our Certified Personal Trainers to lead you in a progressive 6 week program that uses your own body weight and a few
pieces of equipment to get a great total body workout burning tons calories in 90 minutes!!! Each week you are pushed just a little bit further making sure your body continues to be challenged and get you the results you're looking for!!!
