(Ages 6 - 12yrs)
Class is for an intermediate and learning to:
- Jump into deep water and return to safety
- Float on my back & front for 1 minute
- Paddle the crawl stroke with rotary breathing for 25 yards
- Paddle the backstroke for 25 yards
- Paddle elementary backstroke for 25 yards
- Tread water for 30 seconds
If your child can complete all skills listed above, they should advance to Minnows.
