Bouncin ' Buddies (Ages 3 - 5)
A fun fitness class for kids that will incorporate games, dancing, movement discovery, and play. Kids will have a wild time getting fit! The Kidz Zone is available for siblings that are part of a family membership.Days: Mondays & Wednesdays @ 1:00pm

Kidz Power (Ages 6 - 11)
Kidz Power a supervised circuit class for children. The instructor - led workout combines Kidz Power hydraulic resistance training stations with fun, noncompetitive stations, games and activities. Sessions promote fun and enthusiastic participation from all children. New sessions start each month.Days: Mondays & Wednesdays @ 5:00pm

Combining the dynamic movements with the pulsating rhythms of the drum, this class will get you moving to enhance motor coordination, improve concentration and have fun beating on a stability ball!Days: TBA

Y FitSquad (Ages 10 - 13)
Youth will learn about strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, and nutrition as they progress from Level 1 to Level 3. All sessions run for 4 weeks and meet two days each week. New sessions will start every month. Space are limited for safety.Days: Mondays & Wednesdays @ 5:00pm
